Process Team Lead

About the role

The Process Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the medium/small site production floor, ensuring resource planning aligns with workload, and guaranteeing compliance with GMP, HSE and quality standards. The role combines operational leadership, technical expertise, and training responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily shop‑floor walkthroughs, manage resource allocation and task prioritisation across the team.
• Review production schedules, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure on‑time completion of operations in line with GMP, SSE and 5S rules.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for product and process, providing front‑line support for process‑specific issues.
• Define user requirements, design electronic batch records and ensure compliance with CSV and regulatory standards.
• Develop and deliver technical training programmes (OJT, classroom, virtual) and act as internal auditor where required.
• Guarantee conformity with HSE, data‑integrity, Business Continuity Plan and report technical complaints within 24 hours.

Required profile

• Significant experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, manage change and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HSE, CAPA and regulatory manufacturing execution systems.
