About the role
AbbVie is seeking a passionate and scientifically driven Medical Science Liaison to join its Turkey affiliate. In this position you will act as a trusted scientific partner, building strong relationships with external experts and key stakeholders in the therapeutic area.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain credible relationships with leading external experts and key stakeholders.
- Support research, education, and scientific exchange to advance AbbVie’s medical objectives.
- Engage thought leaders, support academic initiatives, and ensure a strong medical presence across key centers.
- Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining functional independence.
- Attend scientific meetings and conferences, sharing data and developments with internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in academia and/or the pharmaceutical industry is a strong asset.
- Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical environment, medical affairs, clinical research, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong expertise in the assigned therapeutic area and ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly.
