Medical Tourism Sales Specialist – Plastic Surgery

About the role

MCAN Health is seeking a persuasive, sales‑driven Medical Tourism Sales Specialist to join its international sales team in Istanbul. You will guide international patients through the entire plastic surgery journey, from initial enquiry to confirmed booking, building trust and delivering a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming plastic surgery enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and online channels.
• Collect patient information, medical history and photographs for surgeon evaluation.
• Coordinate with surgeons and medical teams to create personalised treatment plans.
• Present treatment plans, package details and quotations professionally.
• Explain the full patient journey, including surgery, accommodation, transfers and after‑care.
• Assist patients with online and surgeon consultations and follow‑up consistently.
• Handle objections, help patients make informed decisions and convert qualified leads into bookings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and use AI‑supported tools to improve sales productivity.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); second European language preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years experience in plastic surgery sales or medical tourism.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable managing high‑value treatment enquiries and achieving sales targets.
• Organised, persistent, detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple leads.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience with Google Workspace and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools and AI‑assisted workflows.
