About the role

This senior position leads the Modern Trade business for Mars Turkey, shaping strategy, driving growth and ensuring profitable relationships with key customers. The role reports market trends and contributes to long‑term business planning aligned with Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term business and marketing strategies for Modern Trade channels.
• Grow market share by creating and implementing activation, pricing and portfolio plans for the Mars product range.
• Provide market insights, forecasts and performance analysis to senior management.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performance team, fostering collaboration with regional and global partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in customer management and key‑account leadership, preferably in FMCG.
• At least 5 years of people‑leadership experience with a proven track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably BA) from a reputable university.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• E‑commerce management experience (preferred).
