About the role
We are looking for a Motion Designer to join our Growth team and create high‑performing 2D motion creatives that reach and convert millions of players.
Key responsibilities
- Create high‑quality 2D motion creatives and video ads for marketing campaigns.
- Translate game mechanics and ideas into engaging ad concepts.
- Iterate on creatives based on performance data and feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on messaging and strategy.
- Test different visual styles, hooks, and formats to improve performance.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in motion design, preferably in performance marketing.
- Strong sense of composition, pacing, creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Open to exploring and learning various AI automation tools.
Required skills
- After Effects
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
