About the role
Raffles Istanbul, a luxury hotel in the heart of Zorlu Center overlooking the Bosphorus, is looking for a Night Auditor. The role suits someone passionate about luxury hospitality who can deliver exceptional guest service, stay calm and professional, and handle night-shift reporting and accounting tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Handle night shift reporting and accounting tasks.
- Take responsibility in emergency situations when the night manager is occupied.
- Focus on guest needs and remain calm and courteous at all times.
Required profile
- Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset.
Required skills
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Good judgment with difficult guests.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work as part of a diverse, dynamic team.
