Senior Patisserie Chef - Innovation Center

About the role

Puratos, a global leader in bakery, patisserie and chocolate ingredients, is looking for a Senior Patisserie Chef to join its Istanbul Innovation Center. The role plays a key part in developing cutting-edge patisserie concepts that inspire customers and shape market trends, in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative patisserie products, applications and concepts aligned with market trends and customer needs.
• Lead product development projects from ideation and formulation to final presentation and implementation.
• Create finished products showcasing Puratos ingredients and technologies.
• Conduct customer demonstrations, workshops, masterclasses and technical presentations at the Innovation Center and customer sites.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their challenges and build tailored solutions, and support commercial teams during customer visits and business development.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations to customers, distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Keep up with global patisserie trends and turn them into commercially successful applications.

Required profile

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Patisserie Chef, Executive Patisserie Chef or similar role.
• Strong expertise in patisserie production, dessert creation and product development.
• Proven ability to develop innovative patisserie concepts and bring new ideas to market.
• Experience with industrial, artisan or foodservice customers is highly valued.
• Able to lead customer-facing projects independently and work in a dynamic environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good command of written and spoken English is preferred; domestic or international travel is required.
