NOC Specialist

About the role

Devotel is seeking a proactive NOC Specialist to join its international Telecom Operations Department. You will monitor network performance, respond to incidents, and support the continuity of voice and SMS services worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and infrastructure using internal tools.
• Respond to alerts, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and support teams to ensure service continuity.
• Maintain incident logs and technical documentation.
• Assist with routine maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and configuration checks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an IT‑related field.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate multi‑dimensional problems quickly.
• Highly proactive communication style and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required and full professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
