On-Site Account Manager

About the role

Linde Gas A.Ş. is hiring an On-Site Account Manager in Gebze, Turkey. The role covers planning and executing visits to potential and existing customers, growing the portfolio of on-site accounts and managing their contracts, while also supporting investment projects and representing the company at customer meetings and industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute visits to potential and existing customers
• Acquire new on-site accounts and manage existing ones and their contracts
• Track investment opportunities across the country and prepare market and sector reports, especially for metallurgy, glass and chemicals
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop financial models for new investment projects
• Work with local and international plant and equipment suppliers to obtain offers for capex preparation
• Prepare and negotiate on-site supply contracts in line with local and regional approval processes
• Monitor decarbonization, clean energy, customer investments and competition to spot new opportunities
• Represent Linde at customer meetings, industry events, fairs and symposiums locally, regionally and globally

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, with at least 5 years of experience in sales and business development
• Confident English (minimum CEFR B2) and strong cross-cultural communication skills
• Strong negotiator and team player able to manage conflicts and work with different stakeholders
• Valid Class B driver's licence, active driving and willingness to travel extensively within the country; male candidates must have completed military service or have no outstanding obligations

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Analytical skills, including developing and evaluating financial models and feasibility studies
