Operation Team Leader – Ankara

About the role

UPS is looking for an Operation Team Leader based in Ankara. The role covers business process optimization, leading process improvement initiatives and supporting operational and monthly performance management, including KPIs. Key responsibilities

• Optimize business processes within the company and lead process improvement initiatives
• Support operational performance management and monthly performance management, including KPIs
• Support the implementation of new operational programs
• Analyze the operations and finances of agencies, follow up their business processes and control them
• Carry out the research needed to receive agency offers

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and/or similar sciences
• 2 to 4 years of work experience
• Fluent in English
• Residing in Ankara
• Flexibility and mobility to move between UPS sites
• Interest in career opportunities in the parcel industry
