About the role
This internship supports day‑to‑day services within UPS operations, handling tasks such as on‑call air pickups, heavy pick‑up accounts, and unforeseen events while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve customer concerns within the operation.
- Support safety and compliance initiatives.
Required profile
- Recent graduate from a Business or Supply Chain program (preferred).
- Exceptional oral, written and interactive communication skills.
