Operations Member Representative – Full‑Time

About the role

OneWell Health Care is seeking a compassionate Operations Member Representative to join its call‑center team in Ankara. The role involves frequent communication with individuals, families, Direct Support Professionals and internal teams to support the achievement of Individual Support Plan goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned caseloads and help participants meet their ISP objectives.
• Train, guide and supervise Direct Support Staff to ensure quality service delivery.
• Monitor care services, participate in remote meetings and submit accurate reports and case notes.
• Provide support during crises, holidays and other critical periods.
• Maintain regular communication with U.S.-based teams and service providers while working rotating shifts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Language Studies, Social Work, Psychology, Public Health or related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Previous experience in case management, social services or healthcare is an advantage.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including overnight, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment and visit the office once per month.
