About the role

Stranger Soccer is looking for an entrepreneurial individual to launch, manage, and grow its football platform in Istanbul. You will own the local operation, build partnerships, and create a vibrant community of players and hosts.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and expand Stranger Soccer in Istanbul.
• Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
• Oversee game operations and ensure an outstanding player experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation.

Required profile

• Passion for football and strong understanding of the local football community.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results.
• Background in operations, community management, or customer experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
