About the role

Join Best Service Team (BST) as a Remote Outbound Call Sales Agent focused on the Russian‑speaking CIS market (excluding Russia). You will engage prospects, present B2B service solutions and help world‑class brands expand their reach.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing BST’s offerings with confidence.
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions to drive sales.
• Record all interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with teammates to share insights and improve sales strategies.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on products and techniques.

Required profile

• Fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in sales or a customer‑facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
