About the role
We are seeking an Overseas Technical Engineer to provide after‑sales support and project logistics for integrated equipment in Turkey. The role involves ensuring stable operation of equipment, coordinating logistics, and supporting project implementation and proposal stages.
Key responsibilities
- Perform after‑sales service, including maintenance, troubleshooting, problem resolution, equipment acceptance, and ensuring stable operation.
- Coordinate project logistics, such as accommodation for project personnel and procurement and management of materials and tools.
- Support project implementation and after‑sales work in Turkey or other regions when workload permits, following company subsidy standards.
- Assist in on‑site inspections, demand research, integration requirement analysis, and collaborate with proposal teams for Q&A and product demonstrations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in Turkish and English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Experience in automated installation, debugging, and after‑sales maintenance is preferred.
