Payroll & Personnel Affairs Specialist

About the role

Aksa Carbon is seeking a Payroll & Personnel Affairs Specialist to manage end‑to‑end payroll, personnel affairs and employee administration processes within a dynamic industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage interactions with SGK, Ministry of Labour, İŞKUR and other authorities to ensure accurate statutory notifications.
• Oversee full payroll cycle including accruals, bonuses, overtime, social benefits and deductions.
• Monitor compliance with Labour Law, SGK regulations and employment legislation.
• Prepare and track the annual workforce budget, analysing costs and actuals.
• Utilise ERP and digital HR systems for payroll, compensation and benefits, driving automation and process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing payroll and personnel affairs.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish Labour Law, Social Insurance and related legislation.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial settings, especially shift‑based work.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
