People Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a People Business Partner to join our People & Culture team at the head office in Ortaköy, Istanbul. You will act as a strategic and operational HR partner for our fitness brands, supporting business growth and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership for assigned business units, including organizational design, headcount and workforce planning.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, ensuring the right talent is placed in the right role.
• Utilise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for data‑driven recruitment tracking and reporting.
• Oversee performance management processes, offering guidance on goal setting, reviews and development actions.
• Design, execute and evaluate Assessment Center processes and competency‑based assessments.
• Support talent management tools such as the 9‑Box grid and drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Advise business units on employee relations, labor law basics and day‑to‑day People & Culture practices.
• Participate in organisational change projects and ensure consistent policy implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a People Business Partner, HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
• Proven experience in recruitment, performance management and assessment centre processes.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms and HR digital tools.
• Knowledge of organisational design, workforce planning and basic employee‑relations/legal practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and business‑oriented problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, change‑driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and strong English proficiency.
