About the role

We are seeking a People & Culture Partner to join our fast‑growing gaming studio in Istanbul. In this role you will shape the talent acquisition process and help build a vibrant workplace where creativity thrives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, from job posting through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Monitor and improve the candidate experience at every stage.
• Plan and execute events and programs that boost employee motivation and retention.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously refine our processes.
• Lead projects that enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of solid recruitment experience (preferred).
• Driven problem‑solver with high learning agility.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Eager to take on demanding assignments and embrace new challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Passion for mobile puzzle games and the Match Villains brand.
