People Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to support and continuously improve HR operations in Turkey. The role focuses on delivering compliant HR administration, process improvement, and collaboration with local stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain People, R&D, Payroll and Time Reporting data, ensuring accuracy.
• Support annual leave reporting and assist employees with ESS updates.
• Communicate local employee benefits and coordinate benefit vehicle status.
• Assist legal with employee‑related lawsuits in coordination with People Business Partner.
• Manage absence requests, earnings and deduction changes, and provide payroll inputs.
• Ensure administrative processes comply with company policies and directives.
• Handle ad‑hoc HR requests, governmental documentation, and purchase‑to‑pay flow.
• Maintain vendor relationships and issue purchase orders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Human Resources or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR/People administration or payroll, preferably multinational.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to handle sensitive data discreetly.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on process improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including AI and Copilot features.
• Native Turkish speaker with fluent written and spoken English.
