Senior Human Resources Professional

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Professional to join our international organization in Turkey, supporting a wide range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation activities.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives based on organizational and employee needs.
• Contribute to performance management and employee development processes.
• Support organizational development projects and HR initiatives.
• Help drive employee engagement, internal communication, and company culture activities.
• Plan and coordinate internal HR events and employee initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR data and documentation while improving HR processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably as a generalist.
• Experience in multinational or corporate environments is preferred.
• Background in recruitment, training & development, performance management, or employee engagement.
• Familiarity with HR systems and digital HR tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
