Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Hesapkurdu, Turkey's leading online banking platform, is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to own and optimise paid acquisition across multiple product verticals. You will work directly with product, engineering, data, and commercial teams to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end paid acquisition for credit cards, personal loans, deposits and new‑customer journeys, including account structure, bidding, budget allocation and P&L.
• Design and maintain the measurement layer, define optimisation signals, run experiments and rapidly iterate on campaign structure, bid strategy and landing‑page matching.
• Query data directly using Google Ads, GA4 and the company data warehouse; build analyses, dashboards and automation scripts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align acquisition efforts with product and commercial goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on paid acquisition experience with full budget ownership.
• Proven track record operating Google Ads at scale (Search and Performance Max) and defending strategic choices.
• Strong data orientation – comfortable with SQL, GA4 and advanced Excel.
• Fluent in English and Turkish, with a bias toward action and high ownership.
