About the role
We are seeking an experienced Plant Controller to manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for plant operations of a multinational manufacturing client.
Key responsibilities
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for plant operations.
- Monitor production costs, cost accounting, and inventory performance.
- Prepare variance analyses and provide actionable financial insights.
- Support Capex evaluations through ROI analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve operational and financial performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Plant Controlling, Cost Controlling or Manufacturing Finance.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting and financial analysis.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Good command of English with strong analytical and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
