About the role

The Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Specialist will deliver comprehensive surgical care to patients at Estherian Clinic’s on‑site facility in Sefaköy. This full‑time position involves patient consultations, treatment planning, and execution of both surgical and non‑surgical aesthetic procedures in line with current medical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, evaluate needs, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeries as well as complementary non‑surgical procedures.
• Obtain informed consent, maintain accurate medical documentation, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary staff.
• Provide post‑operative follow‑up, monitor outcomes and ensure patient recovery.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene and infection‑control protocols and participate in case discussions.

Required profile

• Medical degree with completed specialization in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery and a valid practice licence.
• Proven experience in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery with a strong portfolio of clinical results.
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice, patient safety and international standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• Proficiency in relevant medical software and strong organisational skills.
