PR / External Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a PR / External Communications Manager to shape and strengthen the public reputation of a global portfolio of digital products. Working fully remote from Turkey, you will develop and execute PR initiatives, thought‑leadership content, and reputation‑management strategies that increase brand awareness and visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute PR and external communications campaigns that support product reputation and marketing goals.
• Design creative, potentially viral PR initiatives from concept through measurement.
• Manage online reputation through paid placements, Search Engine Reputation Management (SERM), branded search monitoring and related tactics.
• Write, edit and oversee press materials, SEO‑focused articles, thought‑leadership pieces and executive communications.
• Coordinate user‑review generation and management to enhance brand perception.
• Lead external vendors, PR agencies, freelancers and other communication partners.
• Support C‑level executives by preparing content, identifying media opportunities and coordinating engagements.
• Assist with event planning, messaging and communications activities as needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, Legal and other internal stakeholders on brand‑protection initiatives.
• Contribute to crisis communications and issue‑management efforts.

Required profile

• Professional experience in PR, external communications, corporate communications or reputation management.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities, adaptable to various audiences and channels.
• Strong understanding of Search Engine Reputation Management (SERM) and online reputation‑management practices.
• Good knowledge of SEO principles and ability to create SEO‑aligned content.
