Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, bookings and documentation using cloud‑based systems.
• Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, ensuring professional development and high‑quality patient care.
• Maintain a welcoming environment where patients feel heard and staff feel valued.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare quarterly reports and coordinate profit‑share initiatives.
• Organise regular case conferences, educational sessions and team‑building activities.
