Presales Manager

About the role

Join Bentogo’s technology sales team as a Presales Manager, partnering with enterprise customers to bridge technology and business needs. You will work closely with the sales team throughout the sales cycle, shaping solutions that deliver clear business value.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales to identify, qualify and develop new technology opportunities for enterprise customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions, technical discussions and workshops to understand challenges and design value‑driven solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos and proof‑of‑concepts, and support RFP/RFI and proposal processes.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and represent Bentogo’s technical expertise.
• Stay abreast of trends in Big Data, Cloud, AI/GenAI, Data Analytics and Digital Transformation to generate new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Software, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, solution architecture or technical sales within technology, system integration or telecom firms.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and C‑level audiences.
• Strong customer‑facing, presentation and consultative skills.
