Principal RF Application Engineer

About the role

Analog Devices is seeking a Principal RF Application Engineer to lead antenna and phased‑array design and system integration for its RF Semiconductor team in Istanbul. You will work closely with global product development and design teams to create demo boards, reference designs, and technical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop antennas and phased‑array systems using silicon components.
• Create schematics and PCB layouts for demo boards and reference designs, including user guides.
• Evaluate products and application scenarios with bench equipment and perform system‑level architecture analysis.
• Lead the development of application tools, reference boards, and software to demonstrate product capabilities.
• Participate in customer visits, support sales staff, and provide competitive intelligence analyses.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in antenna design, phased‑array systems, or product application engineering.
• Strong written, presentation, and communication skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly, take calculated risks, and work in ambiguous environments.
