Product Data Analyst - Puzzle Games

About the role

Join Voodoo's newly created internal studio in Istanbul and become the data champion for a high‑potential puzzle‑game prototype. You will work closely with designers, product managers and developers to turn raw data into actionable product decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the trusted advisor on data collection, analysis and reporting for the game.
• Lead the analysis of large, complex datasets to uncover player behavior patterns and growth opportunities.
• Translate insights into clear recommendations for game design, feature development and roadmap planning.
• Design, build and maintain automated dashboards and reports for the whole team.
• Set up and evaluate A/B tests to optimise features and improve key performance indicators.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of analytical experience in gaming, tech or another data‑driven industry.
• Proven ability to work closely with product teams and turn business problems into analytical solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail and pragmatic prioritisation.
• Autonomous and proactive ownership of the entire data chain for the game.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
• Good knowledge of statistical methods such as A/B testing and forecasting.
