Product Designer for AI‑powered research platform

About the role

Surgo Health is seeking a Product Designer to own the end‑to‑end client interface of Derin, an AI‑powered adaptive research platform for healthcare. You will shape the experience for researchers and decision‑makers, turning complex behavioral data into clear, actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of Derin v2 client experience, creating flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
• Design dashboards, charts and reporting views that distill thousands of AI‑led conversations into decision‑ready insight.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library, championing accessibility and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data science and behavioral science teams, and engage directly with clients.

Required profile

• 5+ years designing complex B2B or SaaS products with a shipped portfolio.
• Strong data‑visualisation expertise and a rigorous focus on accuracy.
• Experience taking a v1 product to a user‑loving v2 redesign.
• Comfortable working iteratively with subject‑matter experts in research, data science and behavioral science.
