About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager who will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our mobile games, from design through launch and ongoing optimisation. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to create engaging experiences for millions of players.
Key responsibilities
- Take full responsibility of games from design to main metrics.
- Develop a strategic roadmap to improve player experience.
- Analyse user data, run A/B tests and make data‑driven product decisions.
- Collaborate with all functions to deliver features, updates and visual improvements.
- Monitor market trends, gather intelligence and optimise monetisation channels to boost LTV.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant business experience.
- Strong sense of gameplay experience and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical skills for data‑driven decision making.
- Passion for the startup environment and collaborative teamwork.
