Product Owner / Product Owner Lead (Project Management)

About the role

Yıldız Tech is looking for a Product Owner to manage and own digital products such as Jira, resource management platforms, and PowerBI reports for the PMO. You will lead UX/UI improvements, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure high‑quality project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and deliver outputs within timelines and resources.
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings, gather requirements, and document user stories, mock‑ups, and acceptance criteria.
• Design and coordinate user acceptance testing, system testing, and training sessions for PMO tools.
• Monitor vendor support, ensure SLA compliance, and provide ongoing IT user support.
• Oversee program planning, administrative tasks, budget tracking, and project closure activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of proven project management experience.
• Strong product ownership mindset and decision‑making participation.
• Experience with digital transformation projects, preferably in multicultural environments.
