About the role
The Production Control Specialist ensures that manufacturing operations run smoothly by aligning production plans with demand, capacity, and material availability. This role acts as a bridge between sales, production, purchasing, and logistics to guarantee timely delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor production plans based on demand, capacity, and material availability.
- Manage production schedules and orders, following up on MRP processes to ensure material readiness.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to align priorities.
- Monitor delivery performance, track KPIs, and support continuous process improvements.
- Report planning performance to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
Required skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
