Production Engineer

About the role

CCI is seeking a Production Engineer to join its Supply Chain team in Elazığ. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and improving maintenance activities across the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and create a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing maintenance team, ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Prepare annual maintenance budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure proposals, and manage project budgets from identification to completion.
• Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs for maintenance performance, ensuring targets are met.
• Schedule internal and external work to maximise planned downtime and minimise unplanned downtime.
• Oversee calibration and maintenance of electro‑mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and ensure plant facilities are fit for purpose.
• Support GMP compliance, conduct continuous‑improvement assessments, and present corrective actions to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in maintenance or production engineering.
• Fluent Turkish and advanced English.
• Willingness to be located in Elazığ.

Required skills

• PLC programming and SCADA control techniques.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (plus).
• Data analytics proficiency.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of electro‑mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
