Production Engineer

About the role

As a Production Engineer you will manage production processes, ensure safety and quality standards, and contribute to business objectives within our ice‑cream manufacturing site.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety and quality standards.
• Organise, direct and motivate the production team, evaluating performance.
• Plan and coordinate regular equipment maintenance and handle breakdowns.
• Conduct cost analyses, propose savings and meet budget targets.
• Facilitate communication between production and other departments and report to senior management.
• Analyse performance data, track KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience in engineering or manufacturing environments with a focus on safety, productivity and quality assurance.
• Willingness to live in or relocate to Konya.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
