Production Manager (Yachting)

About the role

We are seeking a Production Manager to lead and coordinate all production activities for new‑build yacht projects. The role guarantees that each project is completed on schedule, within budget, and meets the highest quality, safety, environmental and class requirements while collaborating closely with Project Management, Engineering, Operations and Quality Control.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage production plans, schedules, delivery milestones and work packages for multiple yacht builds.
• Lead paint, outfitting, piping, mechanical, machinery, HVAC & insulation, electrical, interior and carpentry production streams.
• Organise production sites and allocate resources across concurrent projects.
• Monitor progress, man‑hours, quality performance, productivity and overall operational efficiency.
• Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and delivery schedules.
• Work with Project Management to implement execution plans and support launching, sea trials and delivery.
• Identify and drive process improvements, productivity gains and quality enhancements.
• Coach, develop and resolve operational challenges within production teams.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards, environmental regulations, company policies and class requirements.
• Report performance, risks, resource needs and improvement initiatives to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of production experience in shipbuilding, specifically new‑build yacht projects.
• Proven track record managing multidisciplinary production including paint and outfitting.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Antalya and travel internationally as required.
