Project Coordinator – International Operations

About the role

As a Project Coordinator you will support Karub Holding's international operations and overseas projects, working closely with management and project teams. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Beyoğlu, Istanbul.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, meetings and follow‑ups with internal teams and international stakeholders.
• Research markets, regulations, tenders and news relevant to projects and target regions.
• Prepare reports, presentations and concise summaries for management.
• Draft, translate and review correspondence and documents in English, Arabic and Turkish.
• Organize and maintain project documentation and filing systems.
• Provide general administrative support to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in International Relations, Business Administration, Political Science or a related field.
• Fluency in English, Arabic and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Professional ethics, punctuality and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
