Project Engineer – Production Quality (LQC)

About the role

Join the Production Quality (LQC) team as a Project Engineer and start your professional journey with a leading appliance manufacturer. This position is designed for newly graduated engineers who are eager to develop their skills in quality and lean manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Support production quality and lean manufacturing projects.
• Analyze quality and production data to drive performance improvements.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes.
• Assist in maintaining and improving quality control systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance product and process quality.

Required profile

• Newly graduated or graduate student.
• Good command of English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical & Materials, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Willingness to work in Gebze, Kocaeli.
