Project & Farm Design Responsible

About the role

We are seeking a Project & Farm Design Responsible to lead technical drawing, project planning, and field coordination for barn and milking parlor installations. The role combines design expertise with on‑site implementation to deliver tailored solutions for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings for barns and milking parlors.
• Create project layout plans and manage revision processes.
• Coordinate with technical service and sales teams.
• Monitor field implementation and ensure timely, accurate project delivery.
• Develop technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Guarantee projects are completed on schedule and to specification.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Technical Education, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience with barn projects, milking parlor layouts, and technical drawing processes.
• Preferably background in livestock or agricultural technologies.
• Strong command of English.
• Valid B‑class driving licence and active driver.
• Residing in Bursa or willing to relocate, with no travel restrictions.
• Detail‑oriented, problem‑solver with strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Team‑oriented, adaptable to intensive work tempo and field operations.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
