Social Auditor (APSCA Qualified)

About the role

As a Social Auditor you will ensure compliance with social, environmental and ethical standards across BSI’s supply‑chain projects. Based in Turkey you will travel frequently to client sites throughout the EMEAP region, conducting independent audits and supporting ESG initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and report internal and supplier audits in line with BSI, client and program requirements.
• Deliver APSCA‑qualified CSCA audits and, where applicable, SCAN site‑security audits.
• Manage audit documentation and ensure it meets client/program standards.
• Provide technical ESG support to business developers, sales and program managers.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on technical queries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local health‑safety, environmental and labour legislation.
• Meet audit KPIs defined by clients or program managers and undertake additional project tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• APSCA CSCA qualification (mandatory).
• Proven experience in social auditing and ESG topics.
• Professional proficiency in English and at least one other European language.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the EMEAP region.

• APSCA CSCA certification.

• Audit documentation and reporting.
• Knowledge of health‑safety, environmental and labour legislation.
• SC​AN audit knowledge (nice‑to‑have).
