Project Finance Assistant Manager

About the role

Karadeniz Holding is seeking a Project Finance Assistant Manager to support strategic financial decisions, conduct due diligence, and manage financing transactions for its international energy and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial data, modeling, risk assessment, and investment analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Participate in due diligence with international financial institutions and private equity firms for syndicated and bilateral financings.
• Prepare teasers, term sheets, loan documentation, and financing presentations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Build and maintain financial models for debt sizing, cash‑flow forecasting, scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Monitor financing conditions, covenant compliance, and lender reporting requirements.
• Support relationship management with lenders, investors, and other financial stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 4‑7 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, M&A, debt restructuring, or related advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of project financing, structured finance, and non‑recourse financing principles.
• Excellent written and spoken English, detail‑oriented, proactive team player.
