Project Manager - Hotel & Residential Projects

About the role

Bureau Veritas is looking for a Project/Technical Manager to lead, coordinate and manage technically a project in Izmir, Turkey (assignment based in Cese, Izmir). The role provides overall leadership so that all disciplines are aligned with project objectives, contractual requirements and quality standards. The assignment lasts 30 months, with expected mobilization in November 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the multidisciplinary project team and coordinate planning, implementation, supervision and reporting across all workstreams.
• Oversee contract administration, including technical decisions, risks, variations and contractor obligations.
• Act as the main coordination point between the client, contractors, consultants, authorities and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, quality, schedule and major risks, and initiate corrective actions where needed.
• Provide high-level review and guidance on hotel and residential project components.
• Prepare clear, accurate and decision-oriented project reports, meeting minutes and management updates on time.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering degree.
• At least 15 years of professional experience in complex hotel and residential projects.
• Previous team leader experience on at least two comparable hotel or residential complex projects.
• Professional fluency in English.
