Project Manager - Industrial Boiler Projects

About the role

Bosch is looking for a Project Manager to support the successful execution of industrial boiler projects. The role coordinates installation activities and works closely with internal teams, business partners and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide system documentation to partners and end users during boiler house installation.
• Coordinate kick-off meetings with partners and end users, ensuring installation reports, videos and photos are available.
• Supervise mechanical, electrical installation and piping by partners and end users in line with Bosch standards and local regulations.
• Ensure the system is ready for commissioning and coordinate with the After Sales Team.
• Support commissioning so that all system functions work properly.
• Support reporting and archiving of commissioning reports, performance reports, operator training documentation, protocols and performance deviations.
• Support the sales team and give field guidance during installation.
• Conduct regular training sessions for partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in industrial hot water and steam boiler systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial boilers, including burners, combustion management, safety controls and mechanical/electrical installations.
• Experience with boiler control systems, automation, industrial system integration and communication protocols.
• Knowledge of piping systems, water treatment and related industrial boiler applications.
• Strong project coordination, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer- and solution-oriented mindset.
• Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel extensively and a valid driving licence.
