Project Manager (Remote, Turkey)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead new initiatives, working groups, and strategic projects within a global, data‑driven environment. The role is fully remote and based in Turkey, offering autonomy to shape priorities while contributing to a mission‑driven organization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor new initiatives and working groups, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage projects from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
• Design and optimise engagement strategies, including conversion funnels and community growth.
• Coordinate creation and operation of new councils, fostering effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Develop structured processes and methodologies to improve project efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports, track KPIs, and communicate insights.
• Identify operational challenges and implement proactive solutions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in project management with a strong grasp of planning and execution.
• Proven track record of launching initiatives, communities, or programs from scratch.
• Experience managing online events, from planning to execution.
• Process‑oriented mindset with ability to create structure and improve workflows.
• Professional written and verbal English communication skills.
