职位概况

腾讯 PUBG MOBILE 招聘土耳其市场经理，负责土耳其地区的版本推广、跨界合作及本地市场洞察。该岗位需要与内部运营、社群及本地团队紧密配合，推动本地化营销项目落地。

主要职责

结合版本更新内容与土耳其本地洞察，规划并执行版本推广策略，跟进项目进度、物料统筹与资源对接，监控市场反馈与数据并复盘
主导策划跨界联动提案，拓展并维护土耳其本地高影响力品牌（如通信、3C、餐饮、时尚等）的合作关系
追踪土耳其社交媒体、游戏竞品及流行文化，为团队提供本地化创意与执行建议

任职要求

2年以上市场营销或游戏海外发行经验，有跨界合作成功案例者优先；熟悉游戏版本营销，重度游戏玩家优先
英语流利，熟悉土耳其市场，掌握土耳其语或有土耳其留学/生活经历及本地资源者优先
具备数据分析、复盘能力及多项目并行处理能力，能适应快节奏环境，对海外出差持开放态度
