Quality Control Supervisor

About the role

GENVEON, a dynamic healthcare company, is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor for its production facility in the Gebze Plastics Organized Industrial Zone. The role ensures compliance with GMP and drives quality performance in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement GMP requirements as defined by the Ministry of Health.
• Manage health, safety, quality and environmental compliance for the assigned area.
• Plan and supervise sampling and laboratory analysis of finished products.
• Review, evaluate and approve analysis results and release products via SAP.
• Lead laboratory investigations, perform root‑cause analysis and support corrective actions.
• Report laboratory data to the Quality Control Manager and safeguard confidentiality of documents and methods.
• Contribute to cost‑saving and efficiency improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Minimum 6 years experience in analytical laboratories within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven leadership and strong managerial skills.
• Solid knowledge of cGMP, cGLP and relevant regulations.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and ability to work in a team‑oriented, customer‑focused environment.
