About the role
Join Bosch’s Manisa plant as an Operational Excellence Smart Start intern. You will be integrated into real projects, supporting the 5S process and gaining hands‑on experience in a leading industrial environment.
Key responsibilities
- Control and ensure completion of project documents and assessment evidence together with element owners.
- Inform responsible parties about the 5S process and participate in 5S tours.
- Organize all necessary preparations for training workshops.
Required profile
- 3rd‑year or Master student in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Available for at least 11 continuous months and able to work a minimum of 3 days per week on‑site in Manisa.
- Strong communication, cooperation, result orientation and analytical thinking.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
