Quality Management Systems Senior Engineer

About the role

The Quality Management Systems Senior Engineer will lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Mubea Türkiye’s Quality Management System in line with AS9100 and EASA Part 21G standards. The role works closely with internal departments and process owners to ensure regulatory compliance, effective document control, and integration of aerospace customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the QMS according to AS9100 and EASA Part 21G, monitoring compliance and updating procedures.
• Prepare, revise, and control the release of QMS documentation, including the Quality Manual, procedures, work instructions, forms, and related records.
• Track and integrate customer specifications, CSR, and Airbus technical documents into company processes.
• Monitor changes to aerospace standards and communicate impacts to relevant teams.
• Coordinate QMS training, awareness activities, and support Management Review preparations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, preferably in aerospace, defense or automotive environments.
• Strong attention to detail, systematic approach to document control, and ability to work both independently and cross‑functionally.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of AS9100 / EN9100 requirements.
• Understanding of EASA Part 21 / Part 21G regulations.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications for documentation and reporting.
• Experience with QMS documentation, revision control, and document management systems.
