Quality Supervisor – Food Manufacturing

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead quality and food safety activities at its Manisa plant. You will ensure that raw materials, packaging, and finished products meet both company standards and legal regulations while driving continuous improvement across the manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve quality control systems in line with PepsiCo and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee laboratory operations, product testing, inspections, and reporting.
• Manage corrective and preventive actions for quality and food‑safety issues.
• Support HACCP, GMP, sanitation, hygiene, and overall food‑safety management systems.
• Coordinate supplier quality activities, audits, and inspections.
• Monitor calibration, verification, and maintenance of testing equipment.
• Lead, coach, and develop quality team members while tracking performance.
• Collaborate with production, planning, R&D, and other functions to ensure operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of food‑safety systems, HACCP, GMP, and quality standards.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
