Recruitment Lead – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Lead to own recruitment excellence in a fully remote, international talent acquisition environment. You will guide a team of Recruitment Specialists, work directly with the founders, and manage both team performance and individual searches.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment team, ensuring quality, consistency, and performance of hiring activities.
• Review and approve candidate scorecards, coach specialists, and provide actionable feedback.
• Manage weekly performance scoreboards, monitor pipelines, and intervene to resolve bottlenecks.
• Provide weekly written updates to clients and coordinate handovers to the People Lead.
• Conduct 1‑2 recruitment searches independently from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Train new recruiters, maintain SOPs, and collaborate with founders to refine workflows.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in an agency or high‑growth environment.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, or lead recruiters, with strong candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent client‑facing communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple pipelines.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 5:00 PM‑2:00 AM PKT.
