Regional Medical Manager – Izmir

About the role

The Regional Medical Manager will be based in Izmir, Turkey and report to the Medical Affairs Manager. The role focuses on implementing medical strategies, providing scientific information to healthcare professionals, and building relationships with key opinion leaders in specialty and rare diseases.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute stakeholder and external expert engagement plans.
• Develop and maintain medical/scientific expertise for assigned products and therapeutic areas.
• Manage and disseminate scientific knowledge to internal and external stakeholders.
• Generate and share insights from external experts to inform research and commercialization strategies.
• Facilitate advisory boards, round‑table discussions, and peer‑to‑peer communication.
• Provide medical training and updates to the field force and brand team as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, local laws, and pharmaceutical industry codes of conduct.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company; medical function experience preferred.
• Experience in cardio‑renal‑metabolic disease area is a plus.
• Strong understanding of scientific and clinical information.
• Knowledge of local healthcare systems and clinical practices is advantageous.
• Fluent command of English.
